Hi, I’m Ana. I’m a yoga and Pilates teacher, creative soul, and soon-to-be mama.

Mat and Muse was born from a turning point in my life. After years in the fashion industry chasing success and perfection, I found myself burned out and disconnected. Movement became my way back to myself. What began as a personal healing practice slowly transformed into a calling to help others feel strong, grounded, and at home in their bodies too.

Pregnancy has deepened this even more. It’s reminded me how incredible and wise our bodies truly are. I’ve learned to slow down, listen closely, and honour both softness and strength. That’s what I hope to offer in every class.

My teaching blends mindful movement with breath, music, and a little joy. Whether you’re here to stretch, sweat, or simply take a moment for yourself, you’ll be welcomed just as you are.
