SUNRISE PILATES

SIGNATURE MAT PILATES

A dynamic full-body workout designed to strengthen, tone and sculpt. This energising mat Pilates class blends classical foundations with creative sequences to challenge your core, improve posture and build long, lean muscle. Expect a mix of low-impact strength training and flowing movement, with optional props like light weights, resistance bands or rings to add extra spice. This is your time to move with intention, feel empowered and finish on a high. Suitable for all levels.

VINYASA YOGA

An uplifting flow to ground your body and clear your mind. This morning vinyasa class moves with the rhythm of your breath, building strength, balance and flexibility through intentional sequences. Expect sun salutations, feel-good stretches and gentle breathwork to help you centre, release tension and energise for the day ahead. Open to all levels, with plenty of options to modify or challenge yourself. Come as you are and flow it out.
